The space This is a prime waterfront property with amazing and expansive views of the Whangarei harbour. It is a fresh, modern apartment with everything you could want on your doorstep and only 90 minutes from the Auckland harbour bridge, or approximately two hours from the world famous Eden Park rugby stadium. You can expect beautiful sunsets, all day sun, and excellent access to a safe swimming beach. Kayaks and small boats can be easily taken to the beach or just take a walk along the esplanade.The unit itself is very well equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable holiday. It is close to the Marsden Cove Marina and boat launching facilities, and there are fishing charters and harbour sight seeing tours available also at the marina and in Whangarei with cafes and restaurants nearby. Surf beaches at Ruakaka and Waipu are only a few minutes drive away with their own cafes, restaurants, markets, golf course, museum, shopping, or spend a day at the horse racing and there are many walking tracks around these coastal areas. Whangarei city is only a 25 min drive away with many attractions including a vineyard, the spectacular Whangarei falls and the town basin marina in the heart of the city with its many boutique shops and galleries. Several walking tracks are also in this area and popular weekend markets are only a short walk away. The Toll Stadium sports complex and event centre is also only 25 minutes away. Further north is the spectacular Bay of Islands known around the world for deep sea fishing and diving and wonderful scenic reserves and marine life. Guest access The apartment, the deck and gardens, barbeque and washing line are for your exclusive use during your stay. You will have excellent beach access and we have a one person kayak and a two person kayak available for you to use, weather and conditions permitting. Other things to note This fresh modern apartment is equipped with 40'' and 32'' smart TVs in lounge and master bedroom with Sky and Free view channels, and Netflix for your entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop and range hood. Bedroom 2 can be configured as a super king bed if required (eg. where adults or couples are travelling together).
