An adjacent room serves as a secondary bedroom and is equipped with its own bathroom with shower. The kitchen is located at the entrance of the apartment. Outside the windows of the hall you can admire an incomparable view of Ponte Tresa and the lake Lugano. The terrace offers a dining table and deck chairs.
