Casa Portaterra, an ancient house with star vaults, is located in Scorrano, in the heart of Salento; the house is in the ideal position to reach the most beautiful beaches and rocky coasts of the area and the wonderful Lecce. TV and air conditioning, bar 20 meters away The space We are in Scorrano, the Capital of the Lights; the house is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The apartment (about 140 square meters plus outdoor spaces) consists of: - a large air-conditioned living room (formerly used as a grocery store), which can be accessed from the entrance (with a table, six chairs, two sofas, a TV and antique shelves on two sides of the room); - a very comfortable and functional kitchen area with a stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and sink. - a double bedroom with a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a coffee table, two armchairs, air conditioning and a comfortable luggage storage compartment; - A second double bedroom with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a sofa, two armchairs, a large alcove with 2 single beds, and air conditioning. - two bathrooms with toilets, shower stall, cabinet, sink with mirror, linen rack, etc.; You will also have the provision of sheets and towels, the necessary for the kitchen, for the bathroom, etc. We have the possibility to accommodate up to eight people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. Many of the furniture listed above is antique and valuable; we kindly ask that you pay close attention when using it, as if it were your own. Guest access After booking, all the information necessary to reach the apartment will be provided, as well as all the details on the services offered. At check-in, you will be given the house keys so that you have maximum freedom of movement and autonomy. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and that pets are not allowed.
