We ask you to not enter or use the wooden deck as it is others' private property. Please do not park any cars, bikes or bicycles around this area also.　They may be removed. Other things to note No Parties in Rooms Our facility is constructed from wood, which allows sound to travel easily to adjacent rooms. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from holding parties in the rooms. Noise detectors have been installed to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay (they do not activate during normal conversation). We also ask for your consideration regarding noise early in the morning and late at night. Regarding Package Reception We do not have unattended luggage storage space, so we cannot accept deliveries. Please contact us in advance if you need to send packages. About the Facility Equipment Our property is on the third floor without an elevator, and the stairs are steep. The bathtubs are deeply designed and may not be suitable for the elderly or those with disabilities. The narrow passageways and doors may also make it inconvenient for using strollers. About Noise Our facility is built from wood, making it easy for noise from neighboring rooms and other floors to be heard. Those sensitive to noise should take note. Earplugs are available. About Bicycle Parking There is no dedicated bicycle parking, and parking bicycles around the building is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized parking will result in removal. We cannot take responsibility for theft or removal. About the Use of the Clubhouse Rooftop The rooftop is managed by a separate tenant, the clubhouse on the first floor, and is primarily used on weekends. Due to the wooden construction, footsteps and voices can easily resonate. The use of the rooftop is permitted until 6 PM and there is no use at night.
