In the heart of the beautiful countryside of Loches, the Pinçonnière is an old wine cellar that has been completely renovated with charm and comfort. You can meet there with family or friends and enjoy moments conducive to relaxation and conviviality. Located a few kilometers from the beautiful medieval town of Loches, La Pinçonnière is the ideal destination for your stays with family or friends, close to the Loire Valley castles and Beauval ZooParc. The space On the ground floor, a large living room offering: - a play area (belote table), - a seating area with TV and Orange channels, wood fireplace (wood provided) - a dining area with a large dining table that seats 12 people - an independent equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, classic coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle) On the first floor - 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90 x 190 (including one bedroom with 2 beds that can be joined into a large bed) - 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet On the second floor: - 3 bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 bed, - 1 bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet - 1 central room with TV screen (to connect a computer or camcorder) Garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and an electric plancha are available in the garage for lunch outside facing the beautiful countryside of southern Touraine. We provide you with a baby bed (without mattress or sheets) and a high chair for your baby. Other things to note Bed linen/towels are not included in the price: you can bring your own or rent them (double bed kit: €25/bed including towels for 2 people/single bed kit: €20/bed including towels for 1 person, beds not made on arrival). Check-in times are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; after 7 p.m., check-in is autonomous. Check-out time is 10 a.m. maximum, later on Sunday if possible (ask us on arrival). The maximum sleeping capacity is 12 people, including babies and children. We accept only one pet per booking (ask us beforehand).
