In the heart of the beautiful Lochoise countryside, La Pinçonnière is an old winery completely renovated with charm and comfort. You can find yourself for families or groups of groups and enjoy moments conducive to relaxation and convivial people. Located a few kilometers from the beautiful medieval town of Loches, La Pinconnière is the perfect destination for your stays with family or friends, close to the Loire chateaux and the ZooParc de Beauval. The space On the ground floor , a large living room offering: - a play area (belote table), - a living area with TV and Orange channels, wood fireplace (wood provided) - a dining area with a large lunch table that seats 12 - an independent equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, classic coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle) On the first floor - 3 bedrooms each with 2 90x190 beds (including one bedroom with 2 beds that can be brought together into a queen bed) - 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet On the second floor: - 3 bedrooms with each a bed 160x200, - 1 bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet - 1 center piece with TV screen (to connect a computer or camcorder) Garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and an electric plancha are at your disposal in the garage for lunch outside facing the beautiful South Touraine countryside. We provide your baby with a cot (without mattresses or sheets) and a highchair. Other things to note Bed linen/ toilet linen is not included in the rate: you can bring your own or rent it (double bed kit: €25/bed including toilet linen for 2 people /single bed kit: €20/bed including toilet linen for 1 person, beds not made on arrival). Check-in times are from 4pm to 7pm; after 7pm , check-in is autonomous. Check-out time is 10 am maximum, later on Sundays if possible (ask us on arrival). The maximum sleeping capacity is 12 people, including infants and children. We only accept one pet per booking (ask us beforehand).
