The space This 19th-century building, built of Périgord stone, is located in a dominant position in the hamlet of Le Chastel, in the commune of La Bachellerie. Inside: an air-conditioned living space with a kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, four air-conditioned bedrooms each with a double bed, and two bathrooms. Outside: a private (not shared) heated 10 x 5 m swimming pool in a lush green setting with eight deckchairs, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court. Furthermore, a covered pergola and a charcoal barbecue allow you to enjoy meals outdoors by the pool. For leisure and sightseeing, everything is possible in the surrounding area; you'll be spoiled for choice! In addition to its countryside and rivers ideal for walking, its caves and chasms inviting exploration, the Périgord Noir offers you its unique historical heritage with its preserved architecture such as can be admired in Terrasson, Montignac, Sarlat, and in its thousand castles, gardens, abbeys and priories. Pets are welcome, up to two pets, provided they are respectful of the property. A €10/night supplement applies during the winter period (November 1 to April 15) to cover heating costs. This supplement is not included in the price indicated in the listing and must be paid on site. A €500 security deposit is required on the day of arrival to cover any possible property damage. Birthdays and other celebrations are not permitted. Loud noise at night is strictly prohibited and may result in the full retention of the security deposit and a police report.
