Located just 4.5 miles off Interstate 70, Monroe, Utah is a quiet little town. We are near several National Parks part of the Mighty Five, and conveniently located between Capital Reef National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. Other recreation experience includes Blue Ribbon fisheries, over 1000 miles of world class ATV trails, hiking, and mountain biking. Our home has a private room, and shared living room and bathroom for your use. We are a working alpaca farm and fiber artists. We are located just outside of town, on a quiet gravel road. There is ample parking and a great deck to enjoy the shade trees and to watch the alpacas, deer, hawks, and eagles. Our second listing includes a queen sized bed with additional twin beds for larger groups. The room has two twin beds, walk in closet, and separate entrance. The guest's shared spaces include the bathroom and living room. You have access to the deck, kitchen, with all appliances, laundry, living room, TV, and bathroom with shower. Interaction with us is up to you. You have a private entrance and access to the room, living room, laundry, and bathroom is downstairs, so you would not even see us, if that's your choice. The kitchen and deck are at ground level and would be a shared space with us. We are happy to show you around the farm, let you interact with the animals. The neighborhood is agricultural based, with most homes sitting on 5 acres or more. We are outside of town, by a few hundred feet, making it quiet and secluded. Restaurants and groceries are generally located in Richfield (about 10 miles away). There is a burger place and grocery store in Monroe, and both are closed on Sundays. There is no public transportation in the area. The house has plenty of parking for any sized vehicles. Optional add on for fiber arts lessons - spinning, weaving, felting and dying. Classes can be tailored for beginner to advanced students.
