Room Features: Private room with a full-size bed, standard closet, and a dedicated workspace (desk & chair) Parking is shared in the 2-car driveway (first-come basis) with extra free street parking available. The space You are booking one private bedroom within our two-story shared home (4 bedrooms total). You will enjoy full access to these shared amenities: Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware are available. Living Area: Relaxing space with an Amazon Fire TV and cozy seating. Climate & Comfort: Central A/C & Heating, plus ceiling fans in every room. Privacy: All rooms feature privacy blinds and premium 10" memory foam beds. WFH Ready: High-speed 300 Mbps Wi-Fi accessible throughout the house. Free Parking: Available in the shared 2-car driveway or on the street. Guest access Secure Access: Your room features a private Smart Lock with a unique code. Codes are never shared and will be sent to you on your check-in day. Security: For peace of mind, exterior cameras monitor the entrance and backyard 24/7. Laundry: Not available. EV Charging: Strictly prohibited. Connecting an EV to a standard outlet incurs a $35/night fee. No unregistered guests allowed; no children. During your stay -Interaction: We do not live on-site. Unregistered guests will incur a $35 fee per person/day. -TV Remote: Please keep the remote handy! A lost remote will result in a $50 replacement fee. -Kitchen Etiquette: Feel free to cook, but please clean up after yourself (dishes/surfaces). Also, strictly respect others' food and beverages in the fridge. -No Smoking: We are a smoke-free home. Any smoke odor detected inside will result in a $100 deep-cleaning fee. -No Pets: Strictly no animals allowed due to severe allergies. -Quiet Hours: Please keep noise down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and other guests. -Check-out: Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50 fee. -EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging an electric vehicle via regular outlets will incur a $35/night fee. -No Parties: Parties or events are strictly prohibited. -Shoes: Please remove shoes inside to keep the home clean. - Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging. -Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
