Glorious Regency Grade II* 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Cheltenham. Only 1 mile from the racecourse, 3 mins walk from the jazz/literary festivals and popular 'Montpellier', eateries and wine bars. Free parking at front, the spacious first floor apartment combines traditional features with modern facilities. Perfect for business, romantic and family breaks. The space The apartment occupies the entire first floor (2nd floor in some countries; 在二楼)/2階, marked a '3' at the door. It's equipped for 1 - 4 people to stay: luxury beds (Vispring & Hypnos) – 1 King bed & twin (can be linked as a King) and allergy free hollowfibre beddings, pure cotton bed sheets; travel cot; an iron and ironing board (in the twin-bedroom). The kitchen is small and fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, cafetiere, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. Some kitchen cupboards and fridge are higher than normal, a small step ladder is provided. Teas, and some basic cooking ingredients are provided. The bathroom has a bath with a luxurious over-bath shower and a toilet. Towels and basic toiletries are provided. A hair dryer (in the king-bedroom draw). Free super-fast internet connection, good for business and private use. The main drawing room is very spacious and flooded with light through the three ceiling-to-floor windows, leading to a long-narrow balconies (very low riling, watch out for young children’s safety) which offer views over the lawned communal gardens; a big chandelier ceiling light, and a large fireplace; deep, comfy sofas; dining table and chairs for up-to 6 people. A large smart TV and a dining table and chairs. One allocated parking space is available at front of the property, further free parking spaces is possible. Guest access There is a designated car parking space for the flat at the front of the apartment. The shared main front door leads into a communal hall way and wide stairs to the first floor which leads you to our apartment. Sorry There is no lift. Other things to note Welcome! We hope you have a great time during your stay, here are a few notes: Parking: Lypiatt Terrace is large terrace, there are 4 drive ways to the front of No 6. Our allocated parking is right in front of our apartment. There is an A4 folder/ Guest Book in the apartment by the TV, containing emergency contacts, notes for manuals, maps and local information etc. Please enjoy, make yourselves at home and have a great time!
