The 2 bedroom apartment is equipped for 1-4 people: luxury beds - Vispring & Hypnos. Extra spacious drawing-room with light through the 3 ceiling-to-floor windows. A fully equipped small kitchen with pans, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer etc and basic cooking materials. A washing machine. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. The space The apartment occupies the entire first floor of a 19th Century terrace, equipped for one to four people to stay. There is free wifi and super fast internet connection, good for business and private use. The main room is very spacious and flooded with light through the three ceiling-to-floor windows, leading to a long narrow balconies which offer views over the lawned communal gardens; there is a fireplace. The room has deep, comfy sofas, chairs for 6 people. A large TV and a dining table and 6 chairs. There are two bedrooms, one with a luxurious king-sized bed and the other with super comfortable twin beds. The kitchen is small and fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Some kitchen cupboards are higher than normal, a steps is provided. The bathroom has a bath with a luxurious over-bath shower and a toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided. Guest access There is a designated car parking space for the flat at the front of the building. The shared main front door leads into a communal hall way and wide stairs to the first floor which leads you to our apartment. Sorry There is no lift. Other things to note Welcome! We hope you have a great time during your stay, here are a few notes: Parking: Lypiatt Terrace is quite large, our allocated parking is right in front of our apartment. There is an A4 folder/ Guest Book in the apartment by the TV, containing emergency contacts, notes for manuals, maps and local information etc. Please enjoy, make yourselves at home and have a great time!
