Underfloor heating everywhere, plus a brick fireplace as the center of the beautiful living, dining and cooking area. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining area. The space For our piece of jewellery, we have placed particular emphasis on the use of local materials and exclusively commissioned companies from the region with the construction and equipment. All rooms are equipped with high-quality parquet flooring, while the hallway and bathroom are tiled with natural stones. Underfloor heating is available in the entire chalet and can be individually controlled per room. The rustic exposed roof trusses convey cozy chalet flair. 95 sqm of living space are distributed over 2 bedrooms, a cozy living, dining and kitchen area with brick fireplace, sitting area and fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with large sauna and walk-in shower with Kneipp hose. A separate toilet and a drinking fountain complete the interior. In the 2nd bedroom, there is the possibility of an extra bed (folding bed) for a 5th person. Another wellness factor is the secluded outdoor hot tub, which can be reached directly from the bedroom, among other things. A 40 sqm wooden terrace also invites you to sunbathe and linger and offers a fantastic view of the Bavarian forest. Guest access Large sun terrace with barbecue, lounge area and a second covered terrace with secluded hot tub. Other things to note In addition to the nightly rate, a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night or €1.25 will be charged for children from the age of 6. The price includes the following things: A capsule machine with capsule selection, fine tea selection, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil for free use, towels, fluffy bathrobes during your stay, bath slippers, bed linen, chopped wood for the fireplace, sauna infusion oils and free Wi-Fi. Our guests can use their own barbecue quotas all year round. In summer we also provide a Weber charcoal grill. Please bring charcoal! A well-filled breakfast basket, which we deliver to the chalet on the first morning, can be ordered from us no later than 2 days before arrival for a fee of €20 per adult/€10 per child up to 12 years!
