The space The comment I hear most often when greeting guests is ‘wow, this space is much better than the picture.’ The main living area is a lovely light filled area to gather and discuss the days events, or plan your next adventure. Two bedrooms offer privacy and a quiet space to retreat, both rooms with block out curtains. Heating and cooling, there is air conditioning in the main room with fans and cooler in each bedroom. In summer, simply close doors/windows and curtains and the area stays lovely and cool. Double bed and two single beds with a third bed available ( this is a full sized mattress on the floor.) Fresh linen and towels. Kitchen basics included and we reside next door so if there is anything in particular you require, simply ask! Saturday Morning Farmers Markets are the best in Perth(I believe!) as you can tell by all the locals and their dogs wandering down from 7-30am to 12-30pm every Saturday. Local artisans, food vendors, butchers, bakers and yes, candlestick makers set up stalls to show case their wares. A beautiful way to spend Saturday morning. Welwyn Ave shops head South with Waterford shops and a myriad of dining options East of the villa (directions contained in house). McDougall Park, Swan River walks, South Perth Rugby club, Let Street cafe, Korean, Japanese, Malaysian, a myriad of cuisines to choose from. Public transport every 6 minutes to Curtin University and Canning Bridge train station which is the next stop to Elizabeth Quay. Guest access Private gated access to the villa with keys provided upon arrival at check in. Property managers work tirelessly to ensure guests are made to feel as comfortable as possible. There are two areas external to the villa for drying of clothes or sitting in the sunshine. Other things to note Walking to Curtin Uni in the morning, you could get involved in the Great Cocky Count. Native bush land is home to majestic white and red tailed cockatoos.
