Includes queen bedroom, full kitchen, study, bath/shower, A/C, Wi-Fi, and breakfast provisions. Private entrance, peaceful setting. Strictly suitable for 2 adults only. Pet-friendly by prior arrangement - please read conditions in "Other Things to Note" section before booking. The space While the apartment is attached to our home, it is fully self-contained with private access via the original front door. Whether you're staying for one night or an extended visit, you’ll enjoy a peaceful, private space with a charming blend of heritage features and modern comforts. The apartment includes a queen-sized bedroom, separate study/sunroom, family bathroom (with shower over a deep bathtub), fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. We also provide quality linen and towels, plus thoughtful extras like bread, milk, eggs, juice, yoghurt, spreads, cereals, coffee pods, and frozen dinners for late arrivals. **IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ**: OCCUPANCY: This property is set up exclusively for two adults. We are not suitable for children or infants. If you're considering travelling with children, please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss suitability. PETS: We are pet-friendly by prior arrangement only. If you're travelling with a pet, please read and agree to our pet conditions listed under “Other Things to Note.” BATHROOM: Please note the shower is over a deep bathtub and requires stepping in, which may not suit all guests. PRIVACY: The apartment is completely private. We live quietly in the rear half of the house and use a separate entrance, though you may occasionally hear us. Unless you need us, you likely won’t see us. Guest access You’ll enjoy private access to the apartment via the front door, as well as use of the sunny front verandah. If you smoke, please use the verandah - we’ve provided outdoor seating and an ashtray for your comfort. We access our part of the home via a separate rear entry and are happy for you to pop your head around and say hello. We work from our large office out the back, and are there most of the time. Other things to note PETS: We’re pet-friendly by prior arrangement only. If you’d like to bring your pet, please let us know that you have read and are comfortable with the following conditions. + Pets must never be left unattended in the apartment + Please bring your own pet bedding + Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture + The front yard is not fully enclosed, and no outdoor space is dedicated exclusively for pets + Pets should be house-trained and comfortable indoors GENERAL NOTES: +The fireplace is currently not operational, but we provide efficient heating + We share the property with two affectionate cats (who won’t bother you unless invited!) We take pride in offering a welcoming, well-cared-for space and want you to feel completely at home. If something’s not right, please let us know - your comfort is important to us.
