Built around 1870 and renovated in 2020, the half-timbered house is only 3 km from Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park and 7 km from the Grimmwelt. Notes on additional charges and fees: For business travelers: The booking confirmation /rental agreement is considered proof of trip. An additional invoice can be requested when booking and will be created after departure. The rental prices are for a maximum of 5 persons. 100,-€ security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linen is included. Tourist tax does not apply. Should a health certificate or the like be required after booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and submit it at the request of the authorities. Discover unimagined doors to hidden rooms. Through the loving furnishings, combined from old and new, our boarding house gets individuality that delights you during your fairytale stay. Your apartment is upstairs and features free wi fi. In the living area you will find a couch, which can be used as an additional sleeping accommodation (140 x 200 cm). You can sit back in the relaxation chair and relax with a good book. In the quaint country house kitchen, you start the day stronger. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (e.g. coffee maker from Moccamaster). The first bedroom is furnished with a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. Via four steps you can reach the separate toilet. Through the bathroom you reach the second bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe and reading corner. The beams of the half-timbered house give this room an unmistakable atmosphere. From the bedroom window you have a fantastic view over the North Hessian mountains. In the back of the apartment, the ceiling height is less than about 1.80 m through the sloping roof. The "Ferienwohnung Hänsel" is located in the same holiday home with separate entrance.
