The space This 54 m² duplex offers a setting that is quiet, comfortable, and convenient, perfect for a weekend getaway, a vacation with family or friends, or even a business trip during the week. Located close to the center of Albertville, it offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and services while maintaining a peaceful environment. The accommodation is organized over two levels. On the main level, you will find the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a first toilet + shower room. Upstairs are the sleeping areas, as well as a second toilet, which is very useful when staying with a group. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). The second bedroom has a 90 x 190 cm single bed. This setup is suitable for couples, families, or friends, as well as for colleagues and workers who want separate sleeping arrangements. It's also a great base from which to explore the region. You are about 40 minutes from Les Saisies and 55 minutes from Val Thorens, with easy access to the Beaufortain area, its villages, its scenery, and its many activities. Lake Annecy is also easily accessible for a day trip. During winter, the accommodation allows you to enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, and the mountains. In summer, it’s time for hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, and the wide-open spaces of Savoy. Please note: Access to the accommodation is via a hallway and then approximately 20 steps, equivalent to one and a half floors. Guest access I may not be present on the premises, in which case the keys will be taken from a secure code box. The code and instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.
