Freshly renovated flat in Hawick with perfect location to explore Scottish Borders. Very spacious, bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. Fantastic views, log burner and traditional features. The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits. The space Spacious flat at about 100 square meters floor space. Very well equipped with 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests. Modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedrooms, log burner and high end TV with Netflix. Plenty of free on street parking as well as free car parks next to the flat. One of only three properties in the building with lovely neighbours. The flat is on the first floor, you will be required to climb the flight of stairs. Inside you will find the large hall leading to the bathroom, kitchen, living room and large under stairs cupboard to store your coats and shoes. From the living room you can access office space with a desk, computer and printer. The upstairs landing will lead you to two bedrooms and a smaller room with a tumble dryer. Kitchen Freshly renovated, with high end fixtures including cabinets finished in sapphire and white marble quartz worktops. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and induction hob. You will find plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses giving you availability to use one set while other is washed in the dishwasher. Table sits four comfortably even with DAB/CD radio on it.
