A beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse which is perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. Walk into the main entrance located on the ground level and straight away you will be fascinated by the modern mixed with retro artistic features. On this ground level you will find the third bedroom with 2 single beds and plenty of storage, a third bathroom and there is a second cosy living area with flat screen tv and dvd player. Walk in the staircase and enter the opened planned living, dining and kitchen area. There is a large dining table to seat 8 people a huge chef’s delight kitchen with all the modern appliances to cater for even the most advance cooks, including a dishwasher, oven and stove stop plus more than plenty cookwares and utensils. The living and dining area is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and doors that open up to a generous sized front balcony view views of the ocean, there is plenty of seating and table space to enjoy the morning sun or a relaxing bbq, make use of the outdoor patio heater on the cooler nights. Upstairs is also home to the main bedroom and second bedroom. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, private ensuite and access to the front balcony, the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also the third bedroom on this level with a bathtub and shower, it has a sky light that allows the sun to keep the bathroom warm all day. Guest access There is a key safe right at the front door to the apartment.
