This cosy chalet of 180 m², with a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy, is located in a residential area on the heights of Veyrier-du-Lac and is composed of : - a beautiful balcony, a pleasant terrace and a large garden with a superb view of the lake, - a beautiful and large bright living room with a fireplace, - two bedrooms with double beds, - one room with a double bed, - one bedroom with two single beds, - a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher) - two bathrooms with showers, - a bathroom with bath/shower, - hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, - high chair, baby bed, - Wifi and TV, - private garage for the house at the foot of the garden. Please note that discretion is asked for the comfort of the neighbours, and parties are prohibited.
