Step inside and you’ll find a welcoming open plan living area perfect for unwinding or planning your next adventure. The fully equipped modern kitchen invites you to whip up a delicious meal, whether you are indulging in a lazy breakfast or a cozy dinner in. The utility room provides convenient storage and houses additional amenities (washing machine, heated towel rail, iron and ironing board). Outside the apartment, our private terrace with a comfortable seating area, is exclusively reserved for our holiday guests to relax and unwind al-fresco. We respectfully ask that the deck is for quiet enjoyment and is vacated by 10pm for the privacy and minimal disruption to our neighbours and their families. Other things to note #8 Brunel House offers free private parking for ONE vehicle through gated entrance off Portland Road. If you have a second vehicle, please park at Victoria Road Pay and Display car park located within view of the apartment, only a short stroll down the road. Please note, the apartment is not suitable for infants and small children. We welcome children over the age of 8. Sorry no pets.
