Spacious and comfortable vacation villa on the water, in the middle of the nature and water sports paradise National Park de Alde Feanen. The former company house has a large garden with a Finnish Sauna, Steam shower and a Hot tub (extra charge!), jetties, terraces and a private beach. An ideal vacation spot for one or more families or a group of friends. The child-friendly house has all the comforts: large garden, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a large modern kitchen. The space It is a former company house of Annage Skûtsjesilen & Events. The garden and house are completely separate from this. The living room (1st floor, 75 m2) with beautiful wide views of the lake has French doors to the terrace to the south and southwest and is pleasant in both summer and winter (energy neutral with wood stove and wall heating). Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor; one of them has a private bathroom with sauna and steam/rain shower. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub are on the first floor. In total, there are eleven single beds, divided into bedrooms, all of which can be made into double beds. In the 8-person "Hot tub" (not a Whirlpool), you have a fantastic view of the lake, which can be used at an additional cost (including the use of firewood and cleaning). Electric sloops, canoes or sailboats can easily be rented. Guest access 3 fixed parking spaces directly at the house, 100 meters away is a large free parking lot. Other things to note Pets are allowed, but with some restrictions.
