New construction in October 2018. 3 stories house. This facility is perfect for groups, families because it is completely private. The villa is situated 3 minutes away from the Noda station on the hanshin line and the noda hanshin station on the subway. The nearest JR station is situated about 8 minutes away by walk, and from is only 3 stops away from USJ. We also provide 4 bicycles for free. The space An air cleaner is installed in all the rooms. The amenities provided are organic, and we also provide cooking utensils and seasonings for you to cook. There is the possibility to barbecue on our rooftop . Rental barbecue sets are also provided. Our concept is for guest to feel just like they are at home. Some bread and freshly grounded coffee beans are provided for your breakfast. Our goal is to work with our local shops so the tea comes from the local tea store (the tea is delicious) , the japanese sweets and the bread provided for breakfast also come from local and approved stores. All the shops we recommend are mentionned in this listing guidebook so please take a look if interested. Kitchen: System kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and 3 gas stoves. A refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, an electric pot and seasonings are also provided.(salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, salad oil, olive oil) Bathroom: In addition to the bathroom a shower room is also provided. The bathroom bathtub is very wide . A sauna is installed and you can also connect your phone to the bathroom if you wish to listen to music. There are 3 toilets. The bathroom goods ( shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing) are all organic. Bathroom amenities 2 sinks 1 drum type washing machine (there is one more washing machine on the rooftop) 3 hairdryers Others: Iron First aid kit Towel Bath Towel Toothbrush set Cotton swab (organic) Guest access This is a private house where you can use all the rooms and amenities freely and no need to share with other visitors. Other things to note It is a self-check-in and self-check-out system. Breakfast is served only once on the first day. Children's tents and pools are available from the end of June to the end of August. The rooftop is cold in winter. The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 12 if 2 people sleep on the Semi-double beds. However, it may be a little cramped, but no additional charge will be charged. 8 people are recommended. We prepare thoroughly cleaned sheets and bath towels before each check-in. We do not change sheets, bath towels, or clean the room during your stay. There is no room service during the stay. The stairs are steep. No smoking inside and in front of the house. Smoking is allowed on the rooftop and the balcony on the 3rd floor. Strollers and baby cots cannot be prepared at a later date so please inform us when you make the booking if you need them.
