Our accommodation was refurbished in 2018. A Jacuzzi was installed in the garden, 2024. It has all the comforts expected of a modern home and in particular quality bedding. Located in a residential area at the exit of our quiet and safe city, you will be away from noisy roads and you will have a view of the forest. Our house is suitable for travelers who want to discover the region as a couple or family. It also welcomes business travelers. The space Part of a traditional barn characteristic of the region, you will have 65 m2 on 2 levels at your disposal, distributed as follows: 2 bedrooms of 12 m2, an open kitchen living area of nearly 30 m2. Bathroom with toilet upstairs and toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove as well as a large oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, various small appliances as well as everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The living room has a sofa bed, large dining table, nesting coffee tables, sideboard, dresser and 49" 4K TV. Upstairs, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a large double vanity unit, a first bedroom composed of a 160 x 200 bed as well as a wardrobe while the second has 2 beds, one 160 x 200 and the other 90 x 200; a wardrobe is also present. Concerned about hygiene, all mattresses and pillows are protected by washable covers. Please note that you have air conditioning in the bedrooms and on the ground floor. Outside you will enjoy a 220 m2 garden and its Jacuzzi as well as a 24 m2 terrace, facing west. On this you will find a table and 6 chairs, an outdoor shower perfect for returning from the beach, a barbecue and a plancha. Board games and bikes are at your disposal.
