Updated condo at the base of Park City Resort, Canyons Village, a Vail resort. Park City Resort is the largest ski resort in America. Canyons Village offers skiing, hiking, biking, concerts and events year-round. The space Our renovated 1 bedroom, 1.25 bathroom condo is the perfect getaway! The unit has everything you need including all new appliances, wifi, a 55' tv, and a gas fireplace that warms the whole place. The main bedroom offers a king size bed with an adjoining full bathroom. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa with separate access to the bathroom. The total space of the one bedroom unit is 650 square feet. It's walking distance to the Cabriolet to get you to the base of the mountain for skiing in the winter or hiking and mountain biking in the summer, as well as to the free public transportation. The clubhouse includes laundry, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a kids pool and a sauna. During the winter, only one of the pools is open and heated, along with two hot tubs. Note for summer guests: the condo does not have A/C, however we have fans available for your use. Living in the mountains, the days may get warm, but it always cools down at night. You can feel comfortable opening the window and enjoying the cool air. We have lived in Park City for years and never been too warm at night. Guest access You will have access to the entire space. Guests will also have access to the Clubhouse, which includes 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, laundry and tennis courts. There is also a new golf course that surrounds the complex. Please note, the clubhouse is seasonal and is closed from Labor Day to Thanksgiving and again from mid-April to Memorial Day weekend. Other things to note Discounts may be available for last minute and longer stays, please inquire for details. Daily maid service is not available. If you're staying for an extended period, I will offer cleaning services every 7 nights for an additional fee. Park City offers amazing events throughout the year: Triple Crown, Avalanche Soccer, Kimball Arts Center Arts Fest, Tour of Utah, Ragnar, the North Face Endurance, Sundance Film Festival, 4th of July, free Canyons Concerts, Deer Valley Concerts and more!
