The space The house is spread over 4 floors that can be reached through an interior staircase. The bedrooms and bathroom are about 16 square meters, airy and bright. The living room is divided into two areas, the TV area with sofa and desk and the dining area with a large table for 6 seats. The kitchen is uninhabitable but equipped with dishes and pots to be able to cook, it has a dishwasher, oven, kettle and espresso machine. You will find breakfast products with a price list. The laundry room has a washing machine, sink, clothes rack and vacuum cleaner. The house has been completely renovated , but has maintained its rustic charm with exposed beams and faux terracotta tiles that instead we find authentic in the double bedroom.The thick walls make it cool in summer and warm in winter. Guest access The house is ideal for families or groups of friends having a large size and double entrance. Guests are entitled to the covered parking space and are accessed from the main road. The house is in a pedestrian area and from the parking lot you have to walk about 150 meters through two stairs to reach it. The house is located near a church with bells that beat the hour. Other things to note Upon request, the owner will be able to add a cot or crib and provide for a high chair or other equipment for children. A small-/medium-sized dog kennel and a bowl for food are available. Free wi-fi can be used via portable modem The heating will be turned on and off during the period permitted by law.
