A nice and cozy apartment in Marčana, Istria with balcony, suitable for 2 (double bed) + 2 (fold-out sofa) child guests or 1 adult. The space A nice little apartment in Marčana, Istria (Istra), Croatia The apartment I'm renting is a part of a private house built in the late 1980s with separate entrance on the first floor up the stairs. It has a bedroom with double bed 160x200cm for two persons, a living room, functional kitchen, bathroom and a small terrace with table and chairs. Air-conditioning, and a washing machine available free of charge. Great for couples. 2 persons can sleep on sofa (couch) and one other person can sleep on foldable extra bed in the living room (please ask for extra bed in advance). If you need a baby cot, please ask in advance. There's plenty of parking space just across the street, always available. Spring and Summer, when it is not too hot are great if you're planning to discover surroundings with bikes. We have extra storage for your own bikes with key available. Guest access Guests have access to everything listed. In price included: electricity, gas, wireless internet, bedding, towels, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, pots and dishes, satellite TV, air-conditioning. Other things to note NO smoking inside the apartment. An ashtray is available at the balcony. No loud music after 23:00 - it is a quiet neighborhood. Turn off air-conditioning when you are not in the house. Check-in from 16:00 - 22:00 Check-out from 7:00 - 10:00 We kindly ask you to report any breaking so we can fix, or change if something is wrong during your stay. Sometimes we can't see something is broken unless guests tell/show us. Other details you might want to know: Protect yourself, please wear sunscreen in the Summer months to avoid skin burns.
