Toscana Cottage on Greenhills

Welcome to Toscana - a fully self contained 1 bedroom cottage tucked away on 26 acres of green rolling pasture. Located along a country lane, Toscana offers the perfect venue for a secluded weekend away or as a base to explore the Southern Highlands. Toscana is close to both Exeter and Sutton Forest and a 10 minute drive to Moss Vale and Berrima and a 20 minute drive to Bowral. Montrose Berry Farm is just around the corner. Note that Toscana does NOT have free wifi and internet is patchy. The space The cottage is sunny, airy and spacious. Both the queen sized bedroom and the lounge area open out to a timber deck where guests can sit and view horses grazing peacefully in the paddocks. The kitchen is full self-contained and a generous breakfast hamper is provided. A double sofa in the lounge can be converted to accommodate an extra person. Guest access The cottage is stand alone and separate from the main house. Other things to note I usually just leave the key for the cottage in the door so guests can arrive when they like and make themselves at home straight away. A generous breakfast hamper is provided for the first morning. The cottage also has many books, magazines and a selection of DVDs for guest use. A barbecue can be made available on request.
