Our lovingly furnished 35 m² apartment is close to the trade fair, airport, and city center, right by the scenic Königsforst – ideal for walks and relaxing in nature. Located at the final stop of tram line 9, it takes you directly to the fair in 15 min and to Neumarkt in 23 min. In the immediate area: a grocery store (Aldi) and diverse, tasty dining options (Thai, Spanish tapas, German cuisine, and a cozy ice cream café). The adjacent terrace offers space to relax in the appropriate weather and the possibility to dine in the open. Our bathroom with a spacious rain shower rounds off the feel-good factor. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and hotplates is at your disposal as well as a Nespresso capsule machine, as well as a water cooker with a choice of various teas. The use of the terrace in the spacious garden is expressly desired. A baby cot as well as a high chair can be provided on request. IT FOLLOWS IMPORTANT AUTHORITIES AND RULES: The city of Cologne requires a cultural subsidy fee of 5% of the overnight accommodation costs for guests who are NOT proven to be on business. Business trips / overnight stays must be confirmed by the guest in writing (for example with an employer certificate, company stamp and signature).
