Already Goethe praised Leipzig as his Little Paris – and would certainly have felt very comfortable in our lovingly furnished apartment, directly above the award-winning Café Maître in the Leipzig suburb. The apartment for up to 4 people is located in the trendy district of Südvorstadt in Leipzig, right on the famous pub mile "Karli" (Karl-Liebknecht-Str.). Therefore, you will find the hustle and bustle of the pub, cabaret and alternative scene in the immediate vicinity. The space Welcome to our "Petite Pâtisserie Charlie" right in the heart of the Leipzig southern suburb. The apartment is on the second floor of a listed residential building. It consists of a cozy furnished living room, in which a modern kitchenette is harmoniously integrated, as well as a spacious bedroom with a wide double bed. A children's travel crib is also available. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room can also be quickly converted into a cozy bed, so that 4 people can be accommodated without problems. The large bathroom with bathtub is cozy and warm even in winter thanks to the underfloor heating and the towel radiator and invites you to relax. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment building. An elevator is not provided. Access to the residential building or courtyard area is only possible for residents and guests with the appropriate key. Other things to note • Children of all ages are welcome! • Smoking is not permitted. • Pets are not allowed.
