Enjoy a lovely getaway in this beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable room with its own private bathroom and balcony. The room is within the main dwelling which is located directly on the gorgeous lake Illawarra foreshores with walking paths and cycleways. With all the comforts of home, including Netflix, A/C, continental breakfast and special treats all included in your stay. Shellharbour City Centre is located close to Stocklands shopping centre, beaches, restaurants and cafes. The space We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. The large room has all the modern comforts of home and has been styled in a fresh coastal theme so you can enjoy that "holiday feeling" from the moment you walk into your room. The huge separate private lux bathroom has a gorgeous deep bath, ready to soak away the day with all lovely toiletries provided. Oh and I forgot to mention heated flooring. The cute balcony has seating for two for breakfast if you wish or maybe a wine or two as the sun sets. Our home is right on the waterfront but sadly your room is not facing the water, however you can see standing on your balcony. You are most welcome to hang out the back in our pergola area and enjoy this amazing home with waterfront and mountain views. The House itself is occupied by my husband and myself plus 2 friendly cats. You won't be disturbed by us, having said that feel free to ask us anything you might need or any advice you may need. Parking is directly in front of the house. Phone charger, linen, towels, hairdryer, toiletries and a continental breakfast all included. Continental breakfast and treats are located in your room and includes - assorted teas, assorted coffees, milk, bread, butter, condiments, yogurt, assorted cereals, bottled water, biscuits and some small snacks. Oak Flats is so central to Stocklands, a huge choice of so many restaurants, café's, movies, fishing, bike riding and walking along the lake foreshores. 10 minutes drive - many of our local beautiful beaches or our new huge Marina Shell Cove currently being built. 15 minutes drive - Kiama's famous blowhole, local shops and Cafes 20 minutes drive - Jamberoo recreation park, The Illawarra Fly, Tranquil forests bush walks with refreshing waterfalls, Berry township, Wollongong Harbour, or just a little further you can see the amazing Seacliff Bridge. Plus so much more to do, see and eat! Guest access Access to the house will be down a long driveway. You will have your own car parking space directly in front of the house. There you will collect your smart key to access the house through the front door. (more details will be sent once booked and as your stay gets closer regarding access) 99% of the time I will welcome you at the front door as we share the same door. I am friendly so don't panic if Im on the other side of door. I will show you around and then upstairs to your room were we will then give you your total privacy for your whole stay. We understand although you are in our home we still want you to feel totally comfortable in your own space upstairs. So please make yourself at home. During your stay We live at this beautiful house and love to be able to share it with our guests. Your room is upstairs in your own private space. We are respectful on allowing you your own total privacy. Sherie and Karl will be in and out most days so please make yourself at home. Other things to note We have 2 curious cats they may try and visit you. Maggie is the tabbie girl cat is the queen of the house. Bravo is the black boy cat and boy does he love a pat. We understand some people don't like cats and yet others love cats so You are free to shoo them away or let them hang out with you. I would suggest to close your door when going out so they don't camp in your room waiting for you to come back. If you are allergic to cats let me know and I will ban them from coming upstairs.
