Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. You do have a self check in key box, however if you need assistance to check in please respect the check in times. You will receive all of the arrival information that you will need so please make sure you read all of it, INCLUDING ATTACHMENTS. Check out is prior to 10am. PASSPORT REGISTRATION We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. SERVICE CHARGE The service charge includes: linen, towels and final clean. This is included in your booking. HEATING Please note that heating is not included in the rate.
