The chalet is a 3km drive from the busy village of La Giettaz, but there are some shops, bars and restaurants around the lift area, which is just a 450m walk away. Whether you are visiting with friends or family, there is plenty of room for everyone and with seven bathrooms, your privacy is guaranteed. But when you want to get together, there's plenty of choice - watch a film in the cosy living room, cook together in the spacious kitchen, enjoy the views from the terrace or relax in the spa area - there's a sauna and stunning sunken hot tub with wonderful views over the mountains. If you'd rather enjoy your own company, most of the bedrooms have their own balcony where you can soak up the sun or the crisp mountain air. Therefore, although the property has beds for 16 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 in order for it to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 related to establishments that provide public access. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage.
