This is a Master bedroom suite in a cozy house in a lovely neighborhood. It's walking distance to downtown and a close drive to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and a great many other areas of interest. Everyone LOVES the shower. A laundry room is close by. There's a Keurig coffee station and a small refrigerator for your convenience. There is a nice little patio to enjoy your coffee on if weather permits.... (one extra room, with a queen bed, is also available to rent(see below)) *NO KITCHEN My place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NO KITCHEN ACCESS....sorry. You'll sleep in a quaint southwestern vibe. I offer Hulu Live and Netflix and of course Wifi. All rooms have a space heater, if needed, and a box fan for cooling or white noise. There is ample free parking, including for a boat! A patio on the west side of the house awaits your leisure..... ANOTHER ROOM IS AVAILABLE, if you are a group of 4, for a small additional charge. It has a queen bed. Message me for details... Only my guests use the front door. I call it semi private due to it being a split-level house, so the foyer is open to the upstairs space. I totally respect your privacy. Guests walk in and go down the stairs to the rooms. Guests have use of ONLY the DOWNstairs. There is NO KITCHEN ACCESS. The laundry room is conveniently located there as well. There IS a mini fridge located in the laundry room but NO MICROWAVE. Upstairs is PRIVATE I work during the day (home for lunch) and have one dog in the house (outside if weather permits). (Dixie is NOT allowed in the guests area) That is why check in is a little later than normal (5:15) Monday-Wednesday. Thursday-Sunday it will be 4 pm. The neighborhood is family oriented, so be watchful for children playing. It's a neat and nice area of town. Downtown is with in walking distance, being just under a mile. Antelope Canyons, Horseshoe Bend and the Dam are short drives. Page is known as the heart of the Grand Circle. We are in the middle of nowhere, but the center of everything!! For the past two years I have Airbnb the entire house, but wanted to move back so I could use my beloved sewing/craft room again. It is my sanctuary. EVERYone has enjoyed my home so much that I wanted to at least offer a great night's sleep to travelers who had NO NEED for a kitchen area. I have a 5 star status and I am a Super Host.
