It's quiet neighborhood outdoor shower 2 paddleboards, single kayak, double kayak, crab pots, & fishing poles available 2 beach chairs, umbrella, life jackets, boogie boards, tennis rackets county park a short walk away with tennis courts,walking path, boat ramp,playground Gas grill There are 3 cameras located on the main house that record audio and video 1- facing the front door to the main house 1-facing the dock to be able to check my boat and patio furniture 1-facing the road and driveway area. The cameras do not show the private deck or hot tub area or the entrance to Mermaid Cove. They are for the safety and security of the home and property. Life on the water comes with insects that change through the year From mosquitoes to gnats to palmetto bugs, little spiders that spin a web overnight. Most of the time there are not any but I like to make guests aware. The property is treated by Terminex monthly to the critters to a minimum, but they are an integral part of our ecosystem **HOT TUB** Disclaimer- I make every effort to make sure the hot tub is working for your stay. It is new and serviced weekly. In the event the hot tub isn’t working, like a hotel no refunds will be given.
