Our top renovated cottage-Nordseebirke (not yet updated since 03/24 with new roof - photo material not yet updated) is located in the tranquil Süderdeich near Büsum and offers ample space for up to 4 people on approx. 85 sqm (1 dog only on request with extra charge - €10/night). Ideal for the North Sea holiday with the whole family or a relaxing break only for two. The space Welcome to popular Ferienhaus-Nordseebirke. The cozy non-smoking holiday home is located in the small, quiet village of Süderdeich between Büsum and St. Peter Ording. The spacious property with its approx. 700 square meters offers a lot of lawn for both playing and resting. A secluded and partly covered courtyard gives the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air in the sun as well as in the rain and makes some cosy summer evenings unforgettable. Our vacation home-Nordseebirke in detail: The red clinker bungalow with its 85 sqm has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a wonderfully spacious 45 sqm large cooking/dining and living area. Sleeping: The larger of the 2 bedrooms with about 20 square meters offers you a king size bed (1.80 x 2 m) as well as a spacious sliding door closet. You'll also have direct access to the secluded courtyard from here. In the second bedroom there is a cozy bunk bed (2 x 0.80 x 2 m) , in which also 2 people find a wonderful place to sleep and a wardrobe is also available in this room of course. House: The living room area has modern yet very cozy seating elements. The sofa can be converted into a bed with a sleeping area of 1.10 x 1.90 m - alternative space for snorers ;-) - and thanks to the additional armchair with stool as well as a contemporary smart TV, the "pusher cinema" is also not too short. Cooking: In the open kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired - from the induction hob, to steam, dishwasher, oven with convection at comfortable operating height, fridge with 3-star freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and much more, you will find everything you need to prepare relaxed holiday meals. Food: In the spacious dining area, a modern wooden table with 4 wonderfully comfortable swing chairs (photos not yet adapted) provides enough space to enjoy the meals in a relaxed circle and also offers enough space for extensive play and clone rounds. Outside/garden: In addition to the lawns and the wind-protected yet sunny courtyard, the Ferienhaus-Nordseebirke also has spacious terrace areas for beautiful outdoor hours. The garden fenced with about 70 cm height is ideal for children, dog and/or simply for relaxing and completes the overall picture of our holiday oasis. Location/Surroundings: Süderdeich is only 13 km away from the A 23 and is easy to reach and yet wonderfully quiet. The directly adjacent village of Wesselburen offers you everything you need for your daily needs: bakery, pharmacy, ec machine, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, weekly market (Wed & Sat) and also a heated outdoor swimming pool for the summer months. Just under 10km from the cottage-Nordseebirke is Büsum - the gateway to the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, where beach, cinema, theater, restaurants and a quaint pedestrian zone are waiting for you. The hot spot St. Peter Ording (short: SPO) is also quick to reach with a distance of about 25 km. SPO is known for its incredibly wide stalls with its typical pile dwellings. Of course, heath, the market town in the North Sea wind, the port city of Husum, the Eidersperwerk and much more are always worth a visit. Other things to note Note: We have deliberately decided against a washing machine in the kitchen (only connection option) due to noise pollution but also from the point of view of energy savings. Both Büsum and Heide have well-equipped and absolutely clean self-service laundromats and the unpredictable risk of repairs and energy consumption does not have to be unnecessarily priced in.
