The Inn at Oatlands Hamlet is a historic home that is part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Dating back to the 1790's, the home is surrounded by 400 acres of rolling hills, mature trees, gardens and ponds. The Inn boasts 6 bedrooms: 4 of which have private bathrooms, and 2 are Jack-and-Jill style. There is a large kitchen, comfortable sitting rooms, and a sunroom. You are close to the town of Leesburg, wineries, breweries, Harper's Ferry, the Blue Ridge Mountains and more. While there are stairs, we offer 2 downstairs bedrooms for your comfort. Enjoy a meal on the patio, in the sunroom, or formal dining room. The spacious kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, china along with crystal stemware. You have the entire home to yourself! Guests are also invited to explore the grounds and gardens of Oatlands Historic House & Gardens within easy walking distance. This includes beautifully manicured gardens and 8 miles of hiking trails. The Inn at Oatlands Hamlet is a part of Oatlands Historic House & Gardens. Though the Inn is surrounded by countryside, it is only minutes from numerous breweries and wineries. It is best to provide your own transportation. There is a circle drive by the front door, and a small area for parking around the right side of the home. We want everyone to feel welcome during their stay: - If you have accessibility issues, there are two first floor bedrooms. - We do not offer cribs, highchairs or other baby furnishings. You are welcome to bring these items. - Fires (this includes fires in the fireplaces, fire pits outdoors, sparklers, fireworks, etc.) are strictly prohibited and they will result in a $500 fine.
