Residential and vacation home The space In an idyllic location, right on the edge of the forest, our detached, newly renovated and very well-maintained non-smoking vacation home awaits you with space for up to 9 people. Thanks to a modern and loving design of the individual rooms, you will immediately feel at home on a generous 180 m². You can fully enjoy your privacy throughout the stay! Our family-friendly house is available to you, including a fenced, large property for your own use. The total plot area of approximately 920 m² should not be ignored. Spread over several floors (ground floor, 1st floor, attic), the house offers a spacious living/dining/kitchen area as well as 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for up to 9 people (plus any children's/extra beds). Ground floor: A windscreen with a wardrobe and an adjoining extra corridor with a Swedish stove lead to the open, light-flooded kitchen/dining area with direct access to the living room (open passage). On a generous 28 m², both the kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette/kitchen island in country house style and the dining area with a corner bench + dining table offer plenty of space for your culinary events. A variety of kitchen appliances such as an oven with ceramic hob, large freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, microwave, kettle, long slot toaster and a minibar complete the overall offer for our guests. For a cozy TV evening, our leather seating with small coffee table and flat-screen TV are available in the living room. For Internet access, you will of course have free Wi-Fi in the entire house. The living room leads to the 1st bathroom with window, shower, toilet. This is equipped with all the necessary accessories (hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, etc.) for daily body care and hygiene 2nd floor/attic (bedrooms + bathroom): Stylishly and lovingly furnished, the house has a total of 6 bedrooms (including 3 bedrooms with a flat-screen TV). These are equipped with hand-picked and lovingly coordinated solid wood furniture. All beds have high-quality mattresses and slatted frames and thus offer a very high level of sleeping comfort. The respective solid wood wardrobes / chests of drawers provide the necessary storage space during your stay. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor or attic floor as follows: 2nd floor: A staircase leads to the 1st floor with access to 2 "sleeping units" each The first unit consists of a double room (double bed 180 × 200 cm), TV, wardrobe, TV chest of drawers and an adjoining smaller single room (single bed 90 × 200), sideboard + clothes rack The second unit also consists of a double room (French double bed 140 x 200 cm), sideboard, clothes hook, extra dresser and another adjacent single room (single bed 100 x 200) with wardrobe, table and the associated outdoor balcony Furthermore, on the 2nd floor, there is the 2nd bathroom with window, bathtub, toilet and is also equipped with all the necessary accessories for daily needs. 3rd floor (attic): A second staircase leads to the 2nd floor (attic) with access to 2 more bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is a 28 m² large light-flooded double room (double bed 180 × 200 cm) with sloping roof, built-in wardrobe, leather couch, coffee table, flat-screen TV. The 2nd bedroom is a 14 m² single room (single bed 100 x 200 cm) with "minimal" roof slope, wardrobe, sideboard, leather couch, flat-screen TV. Laundry room/basement: In the basement, a corresponding washing machine with clothes rack and ironing board/iron ensures fresh laundry. Furthermore, in the basement there is a lockable bicycle room with extra access from the outside. Exterior: The dining room leads to a small partially covered terrace with seating and to the well-kept garden, which invites you to relax and linger. You can also end the day with a glass of wine or a barbecue evening at the garden house with a fireplace for barbecuing and a covered patio. The fenced garden also offers plenty of space for children to play and have fun. A pool with a filling volume of 20,000 liters (diameter 4.55 meters x 1.1 meters height and sand filter system) provides cooling during the hot days and rounds off the offer for your kids (but also for adults). Parking: Adjacent to the house is a carport with 2 full guest parking spaces. In addition, additional parking spaces can be used right in front of the house. Other: On request, we provide our guests with a crib, high chair and baby monitor. Services included (free of charge): For the entire stay, we provide our guests with a free & all-round carefree cleaning, laundry, and cosmetics package. In addition to kitchen utensils such as a sponge, dishcloths, dish towels, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, baking paper, cleaning utensils (cleaning bucket, mop, broom, etc.), this also includes a laundry package with towels (2 x shower towel, 2 x hand towel, 2 x guest towel / each per person), sauna towels, bathrobes, slippers, bed linens and tablecloths. Furthermore, a cosmetic package with shower gel, shampoo, bath foam, body lotion, hand soap, disinfectant gel, hygiene/sanitary articles is available to our guests Extra services (for a fee): With a small selection of regional beverage variations (including delicious organic beers from the region), our beverage minibar contributes to your well-being during your stay. To ensure a stress-free arrival, we offer you a one-time shopping service before your arrival if needed. With our attractive COVID-19 cancellation policy, you stay flexible until the day of arrival! In the following cases, you can cancel FREE OF CHARGE until the day of arrival - if a fellow traveler or a relative living in the same household becomes ill with COVID-19 (proof by medical certificate). - if a traveler or close relatives living in the same household have been subjected to isolation measures (proof of e.g. health department) - if official travel restrictions are issued for the area of origin of the vacationer or for the vacation area itself (i.e. Dietfurt/OT Zell). For all other cancellations, our attractive standard conditions apply - The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before departure. - In case of cancellation 14-0 days before departure, 80% of the travel costs are due.
