STR Permit# ST260278: MP BL24-000682 The space We bought this home and decorated it so we could have a great space of our own to stay when we're visiting family, and a great place to offer to friends when we are at home in San Francisco. Mary Mar was born and raised in Charleston, and we come back to visit about 4 times per year, along with our two kids who LOVE the pool and backyard. Guest access The whole house, yard and pool (heated for cooler months) is available to you. Except for a small storage closet, and one area of the garage, which serves as a pottery studio for Mary Mar when we're there. The gas grill is available only by requesting it when you book the reservation. We purposely don't list it as an included ammenity. Other things to note Pool is heated for cooler months. Our neighbors are friendly and considerate. Please be thoughtful towards them with respect to noise. Have tons of fun, but no parties please!
