Villa Doma is a welcoming, detached property enjoying an idyllic location close the sandy beach of Astrakeri and close to the lively resort of Roda. Able to accommodate up to 29 guests in 14 air-conditioned bedrooms with 12 bathrooms, and featuring a brand new private swimming pool, this is the perfect choice for large family reunions, groups of friends or smaller parties looking for endless spaces all for themselves. The space Sweet, carefully designed and loved by its attentive owners, Villa Doma is set to impress and to relax at the same time. Unique feature of this property is that it has been designed specifically to accommodate large groups: there are spacious common areas, kitchen, tables, all suitable for accommodating all the guests together. The villa is rented all together exclusively as a whole indipendent and detached property, not as separate units. Inside, the villa is set over 3 floors. It is airy and welcoming. On the ground floor there are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles, 1 twin, and a triple (single bed + bunkbed) all with their own-en-suite shower room and balcony overlooking the gardens. The first floor has 5 further bedrooms, 2 doubles and 3 twins, once again all en-suite and having direct access to balconies. The upper floor has 4 further bedrooms (all doubles) and 2 bathrooms with shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Next to the main building, guests can enjoy a huge, professional kitchen with plenty of tables in order to dine together enjoying pleasant garden views. The kitchen has a professional cooker with oven, 2 fridges, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the most modern appliances for a fully self-catering holiday (including extensive working surfaces). Guests can dine all together in the beautifully decorated dining area, a perfect space to socialize while enjoying the beauty of Villa Doma. For extra fun and endless relaxation, a chill out area with sofas is available. Wi-fi is also available through. Outside, Villa Doma Beach is a true heaven of peace surrounded by the most beautiful nature (yet in close proximity to sandy beaches and the many facilities or Roda). The gardens are truly stunning, kept to the highest standard and beautifully lit at night. A brand new private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.5m, lit at night) equipped with 20 comfortable sunbeds and parasols, completes the setting. The gardens are the perfect place to relax, play yoga, read a book, lay under the sun, prepare a delicious grilled meal using the brick-built barbecue provided. Private parking within the premises. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
