A Mexico Beach gem, located steps from the beach. This cottage has lots of Old Florida Charm. Original knotty pine walls give the home a cozy feel and gives guests a look into the Florida of the past. The cottage has a fenced in backyard, hammocks, TV’s in each room with streaming services, WiFi, and other amenities to help you feel right at home! I also try to keep a good selection of wagons, pier carts, buckets, beach chairs, cornhole, dip nets, fishing tackle, and beach toys on the porch. The space This has been our family’s cottage for more than 40 years and was our primary residence up until 1994. The cottage is a Hurricane Michael survivor and has had quite a few updates since the storm. Other things to note There are a couple of Kayaks on site, but please contact me before using them. Life jackets and other safety precautions must be discussed prior to use. As well as being the host, I am also a licensed charter boat captain.
