The space 9 The Strand is a tastefully decorated, luxurious family holiday home that has been fully refurbished to an exceptional standard. This self catering house has a spacious wrap around covered deck accessed by french doors opening out from the living area, creating a great indoor, outdoor flow. Relax with a glass of wine with family or friends overlooking the waterfront and enjoy the stunning sunsets. The master bedroom has a large private lounge area for that little bit of extra seclusion; a large bay window looks out over the waterfront. The twin bedroom is at the back of the house and is bathed in the morning sun, it has a superking bed, that can be made into 2 single beds on request. The 2 loft areas sleep up to 3 persons, Loft 1: has a single bed, Loft 2: has 2 single beds that can be made into a large king - the mezzanine overlooks the lounge area. Pricing is based on 4 guests using the 2 downstairs bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, full free standing bath, toilet and vanity; the master bedroom has an ensuite & there is an additional toilet in the outside laundry area. 9 The Strand has a mooring to accommodate a small vessel of up to 30 feet in length overall, by arrangement, please request this at the time of booking.
