Apartment 6 is located on the first floor of Muntham and overlooks the gardens at the side of the property making it a remarkably peaceful place to stay. There is more than 32 square meters of space in total and the apartment consists of a bedroom with a luxury super king bed (which splits into a twin on request) a separate sitting room with sofa and dining space, a sparkling new bathroom with bath & shower over and a lovely new separate kitchen. We accept 1 dog on request not to be left alone. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is accessed via the grand staircase. It was subject to a comprehensive makeover in 2022 with new designer wallpapers, wall paper murals, soft furnishings, original art and antiques all commemorating the property's historic links with India. The living room and bedroom both overlook the Rose Garden at the side of the property. The apartment consists of a sitting room with a sofa and foot stool so guests can relax in comfort. There is a SMART TVand full WIFI coverage. In this room there is also a dining table and chairs where two can dine in comfortably. Alternatively, the space can be used by guests on business for work. Wifi speeds normally available - Max download speed (Kbps): up to 106000 and Max upload speed (Kbps): up to 18000. There is also a bedroom with a bed that can be configured as a super king or else split into two singles. It has a superbly thick luxury pocket sprung mattress. (Please note that super king is a UK description and might be described in a different way in other countries. To be clear it is a 6ft wide bed.) All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change as well as light clean. The apartment also has a good sized newly refitted bathroom which features a bath and shower over. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries. There is a closet with plenty of hanging space. The apartment has a well equipped newly refitted kitchen with electric oven and an electric induction hob, a microwave and a coffee maker. There is also a dishwasher. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of teas, coffees and milk etc. Each apartment has a parking space in the property car park and there is additional unrestricted on street parking immediately outside the property. Guests with electric vehicles can make use of the two EV charging points at the property. Guest access Guests have free access to the building and their apartment at all times. Apart from the apartment itself guests have access to the grounds that surround the building as well as to the conservatory at the front of the building. There is also a communal laundry room at garden level where there are washers and dryers. These are coin operated but we provide detergent free of charge. There are also ironing facilities here. Other things to note We have two resident sausage dogs called Oscar and Hector. They are extremely friendly little chaps who love to meet new people and make new friends as well as get up to all sorts of mischief. On site there is also a big fluffy cat called Banu. We are delighted to welcome a well behaved adult dog into the apartment at an extra charge. Please note this apartment can accommodate one dog per visit and guests accept full responsibility for their pet during their visit including for any damage done. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property and we ask they are kept on leads in communal hallways.
