The house consists of a private entrance, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen with an adjoining dining room, a living room, a laundry room, a fenced garden with a small annex and a private parking space. In detail: on the first floor you will find a bedroom with a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe; a bedroom with two single beds (with the possibility of joining them to form a large double bed) and in addition a baby bed (available on request); the bathroom is complete and equipped with a sink, toilet and bidet, bathtub and shower box; a very large and fully equipped kitchen, equipped with dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils sufficient for six people, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, four-burner plate with oven, microwave, American coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, juicer and satellite TV. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bright dining room and a living room for a moment of relaxation with a six-seater sofa. The living room is also furnished with a large double sofa bed. From the hallway you can access the storage room containing everything you need to clean the house, including the vacuum cleaner. On the ground floor you will find the laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron and a corner with sink, toilet and shower box for summer showers when you return from the beach. Thanks to the architectural features of the old building, the house is never too hot in summer. For the winter, the house is equipped with independent heating. The house is surrounded by a private fenced garden equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, an umbrella and deck chairs to relax in the sun, and a charcoal barbecue. Attached to the garden is an outbuilding furnished with a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a 4-burner hob, very useful in summer to be able to prepare a good lunch and a coffee without always having to access the kitchen on the first floor. Private parking is about 200 meters from the house. From Casa Alice you can reach the beach and restaurants in about 20 minutes on foot or in about 5 minutes by car.
