New modern townhouses 5 minutes walk to Dromana beach Contains a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, microwave, coffee machine, dining table & access to an undercover deck with gas BBQ and dining. Living room featuring split system AC, plus Wi-Fi and Netflix. There is another living area upstairs with fold out couches for 2 people. Two double bedrooms with BIR’s and split system AC are located upstairs with easy access to the luxury bathroom.  We have a strict no schoolies policy The space The retreat area has 2 single sofa beds, which can be converted to either 2 single beds or 1 double bed. There is a second toilet downstairs next to the living area. Garage parking for 1 car plus additional wide nature strip parking. Guest access The townhouse is located on the service road with very limited local traffic. The local township features several restaurants and cafes, the local hotel, excellent food stores, and local speciality shops. The bay bike and walking trail and the stunning Dromana beach and foreshore are all just a 5 minute walk away. Rosewood is located within easy access to dozens of world class wineries, golf courses and a 20 minute drive to the Peninsula hot springs in Rye.
