Welcome to our Ferienwohnung Weiher – your quiet retreat near Nuremberg! 78 sqm fully furnished apartment for up to 5 guests, ideal for family holidays, trade fair visits, or a short getaway. Quiet dead end in Schwanstetten, close to forest and nature, yet well connected to Nuremberg and the exhibition centre. Cozy living room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and sunny south-facing balcony. We welcome you personally on arrival. For later check-ins, a key safe is available. The space The apartment is spread across two cozy bedrooms, a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the south-facing balcony. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), while the second bedroom offers two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m each) – ideal for families with children or two travelers. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and can be fully darkened thanks to blinds. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and a 50″ smart TV with streaming apps, Nintendo Wii, and digital radio. The extendable dining table is also great for working remotely – free WiFi is available throughout the entire apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge-freezer combination. For coffee lovers, there's a Nespresso machine, a classic coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. From here, you have direct access to the south-facing balcony with cozy lounge furniture. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a separate shower – hairdryer, shower gel, and toilet paper are provided. Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge for families. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are always included – there are no hidden costs with us. Other things to note An open staircase in the hallway leads to a locked attic that is not part of the apartment. The staircase itself is freely accessible – for families with small children, we recommend extra caution or bringing your own stair gate if needed. If needed, a 5th bed (folding bed, 0,8m × 2,.0 m) is available for an additional fee.
