My cabin is in a secluded community and offers a peaceful and safe environment. You can be very socially-distant if you choose and enjoy its privacy, grilling, hot tub, games or Netflix. Or, you can mingle with others in Pigeon Forge (15 mins away), Gatlinburg (25 mins away), or enjoy all the GSMNP has to offer (15 mins away)! This Corona virus transformed all our lives, and I want my guests (and potential guests) to know that I take your health and well-being as serious as I do my own. I invite you to look over my reviews and read what guests have written about the cleanliness of my cabin. My commitment has always been to strive for top-notch service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Guests have full access to my home and its amenities. BONUS AMENITY As a private member of Honeysuckle Meadows, my cabin guests are welcomed to enjoy its amenities which includes a beautiful in-ground pool, deli, covered dining area, and the catch and release fishing pond. And, a new added treat... they serve soft-serve ice cream!!! The facility is located at 3958 Wears Valley Rd and open from 10AM to 9PM. (Expect other members to be enjoying the pool; especially during hot temps.) I am always available by text, mobile phone, or email. I respect the privacy of my guests and rarely make a ‘guest appearance’ without first contacting my guest. My cabin (and home) is located in a quiet wooded community. I have great respect for my neighbors and friends and expect my guests to be respectful during their stay. Quiet time is 10PM to 8AM. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS! This is strictly enforced and all cabin/homeowners are committed to reporting ANYONE doing so. Any fines or penalties will be passed on to guests violating this safety hazard. Thank you for your understanding and compliance. Parking is ample at the cabin. The roads leading to my cabin have only gradual inclines, so the average car can navigate the area easily. Four wheel drive is not necessary. Having said that.... any wintery conditions can create havoc in my driveway. If snow/ice conditions are predicted, please plan accordingly, including staying in until surfaces are manageable. Or, try parking near the end of the driveway (near the trash receptacle) where the incline is less. NOTE: Parking on any roadway in this community is prohibited. SERVICE FEE: Additional $85 service fee per stay. This fee includes: cleaning my cabin, linen service, hot tub cleaning/maintenance, trash removal, and deck service following your stay. BOOKING REQUIREMENT: The booking guest must be over 25 years of age. In addition, the full name of each guest staying at my cabin must be included, along with their age if under 25 years. NOTE: I require this information in the event of an emergency. It is vitally important that I am able to report to authorities all occupants registered as my guest. The age information also helps me and my cleaning service better prepare the cabin for your stay.
