Portisco, comfortable apartment close to Costa Smeralda The space This comfortable apartment is located in Marina di Portisco, a seaside resort close to the popular Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. The position is ideal not only for its proximity to the Costa Smeralda but also because with a short walk you can reach the Marina to rent a boat or you can easily get to some of the most beautiful beaches of the area. The apartment can host up to 4 people and it comprises a spacious living room with two single sofa beds, a fully-equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. From the living room you access a beautiful terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea. Other things to note Mandatory fees not included in the price of the rent: CITY TAX City Tax is not included, it must be paid upon arrival: Euro 1,80 per person, per night (up to 7 nights).
