You will have a total 3 house keys to lock the gate and your house. Other things to note LATE CHECK OUT AND EARLY CHECK IN Early check in is free ( subject to availabaility ) . Late check out If new guest arriving on the same day check out time is latest 12.00 because maid need time to clean. if there is no new guest arriving we can offer free late check out to the latest 14.00 or 15.00 with only 1 house to use ( Main house with pool) while the other 2 houses must be emtpy for cleaning at 12.00 so our maid can manage to have all 3 houses clean incase of the last minute booking.After 3 pm there is extra cost for late check out: please feel free to ask .You could also leave luggages and collect later . ELECTRICITY We insist our guests help turn off lights and air conditioners when you are out of your room and close the door when air conditioners are on. Our garden and front wall lights use photoelectric switches they will turn on automatically when the sunlight is low or getting dark. QUIET HOUR & NEIGHBOURHOOD We are expecting our guests to enjoy your privacy at our villa ,Still our villa is in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Guests are required to keep noise to a respectful level to not disturb neighbors especially after 10.00 p.m. loud shouting,screaming,loud swimming is not appropriate .After midnight noise should tone down to normal conversation level that does not disturb neighbors . SMOKING All indoor areas are non-smoking. Guests can use the outdoors .Smoking fine is 3000 baht/house so please make sure to close all doors and windows. HOUSKEEPING SERVICE Our Villa ‘s housekeepers are present daily for rooms and all areas cleaning. If you need any help such as lunch ordering and pick up from nearby food shops, small groceries shopping from nearby 7-11-Alcohol shop 400 meters away , help with clothes washing etc please let us know. FREE TEA AND COFFEE . Free coffee,tea Bottle drinking water and water gallons for cooking. CATERING SERVICE We can provide catering and bbq service at villa. Please inform us in advance if you need this service. FREE COMPLEMENTARIES We provide free one time drinking water. There is drinking water gallons 20 liters at the Thai kitchen under middle house which can safely be used for cooking & drinking as well. All day coffee and tea maker in the breakfast room ,free basic cooking essentials such as salt , pepper,ketchup&soya sauce. KEYCARD AND HOUSE KEY After checking in you will receive 3 sets of keys and keycards for gate and house. Please take them with you and keep the villa gate closed when you are out. POOL AND POOL TOWEL Please follow pool rules . Pool color towels are provided so please do not use white room towels at the pool. VAN SERVICES &TRAVEL OPTION IN CHIANG MAI We are pleased to help arrange an air conditioned van with an English speaking driver for a whole day trip the airport pick up and drop off etc . This option is great for traveling at the same time in a big group as it is comfortable and convenient for guests to make stops for shopping ,eating and traveling.
