The space The split-level accommodation is as follows: First floor: - A beautiful living room with high ceilings, typical of 19thᵉ century bourgeois flats. It has a sitting area with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV (with DTT, DVD, Xbox games console); as for the dining area, it consists of a large oval table that can seat up to 8 people, placed in front of a large wooden fireplace. - An enclosed, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker... - There is also a dressing area and a mezzanine. - Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and washbasin (shower gel and shampoo provided) - Separate WC. Second floor: - A relaxing lounge furnished with armchairs and featuring a toy chest and books. - Bedroom 3 with a double bed and two single beds. - A shower room with shower, heated towel rail and vanity unit. - A room with a WC, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer.
