Exclusive 90m2 central apartment in the beautiful village of Vilassar de Mar, 30min from the center of Barcelona accessible by train, 800m from (RENFE: Estación Vilassar de Mar) (10 min walk) near restaurants, supermarkets and playgrounds. 1€ X PERSON PER NIGHT WILL BE REQUIRED IN CASH AT THE CHECK-IN OF TOURIST FEES AND MUST REGISTER ALL GUESTS. The space Apartment with all the comforts to enjoy a few days in the beautiful village of Vilassar de Mar. The 3 rooms are composed of a double bed, two single beds and a single bed + nest bed. There is a full bathroom and an additional toilet, equipped kitchen and with washing machine in the gallery, wifi throughout the establishment, and easy parking in the surroundings. The key handover and check-in is done in the same apartment from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. with option for extension. It's a smoke-free apartment. A tourist tax of 1€ x night will be requested x person in cash to be paid at check-in From May 1, the tourist rates will be 2€ per person per night according to new city regulations. Guest access It is located on a 6th floor with an elevator and views from the large terrace to the village. Other things to note No parties or events.
