Casa Rural Gure Lur is a great single-family house in the center of Sunbilla, next to the Bidasoa River, in the green heart of Navarra. Fully equipped for 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, 1000m2 of fenced garden, a porch with barbecue and bicycles. The space Gure Lur (our land) is the name of the house I acquired in 2009 in the picturesque village of Sunbilla. Its location halfway between San Sebastián and Pamplona, in the heart of the Pyrenean mountains, immerses us in a unique cultural landscape next to the Bidasoa River. The Eurovelo No. 1 route (a bike route that connects Norway with Portugal) crosses a few meters from the house, which makes this valley the capital of activities related to cycling. Adventure sports have also been introduced in the area, highlighting zip line parks, descents, mountain biking, segway, ... Guest access In Sunbilla there is a supermarket-store open every day of the year, and an excellent butcher shop. Swimming pool (June to September), bars and banks. Other things to note All bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen are exterior. All bedrooms and bathrooms, living room and kitchen have a lock with a key. Available to guests are 5 mountain bikes + 1 teenager + 1 20" child + 1 for children 2-3 years old Bedding and towels are available. There are scouring pads/napkins/soaps... everything you need to feel at home. The host has a separate floor for private use (penthouse). Independent separation according to regulations. PETS ALLOWED.
