Relax in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Our recently redecorated, well appointed 2 bed apartments are centrally located (100m) from Paihia’s best swimming beach. Park undercover in a lock up garage and walk to the main amenities. It is an 800m stroll along the waterfront to the wharf and Paihia village with a large selection of restaurants and shops. The main supermarket is 800m along the waterfront in the opposite direction. We are happy to answer any questions you have. Happy holiday planning The space Centrally located, this well-appointed, air-conditioned, 2 bedroom apartment is situated above the garage in a block of 3. Both bedrooms contain super king beds which can be separated into two singles making this apartment ideal for two couples or a family (please request configuration at time of booking). The kitchen is open plan and fully self-contained with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hotplates, kitchen utensils, pots and pans and basic kitchen staples allowing you to prepare a simple meal. There is a four-seater dining table for meals and a lounge area with a flat screen, multi-channel tv enabling you to watch sport or movies. A ranch slider leads out onto a private deck which can be adjoined with the other units should you be holidaying with family or friends. There is also access to a private bbq area out the back with an outdoor table setting. Downstairs is a private and secure garage for parking with laundry facilities. If you’ve brought the boat with you there is a wash down facility and a filleting bench for your daily catch. Wifi is available free of charge. With a partial view of the ocean, shops and beach within walking distance this modern clean apartment will enable you to create a weekend escape or holiday full of memories in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Guest access There are plenty of things to see and do in the Bay of Islands and we recommend you allow at least 3 days or longer to enjoy the area. Being the birthplace of our nation the area is steeped in history. If you are in the Bay of Islands to enjoy a spot of fishing, diving or water sports you will find the boat ramp 1.5 km away and for the keen golfers the golf club 3km away, just past the Treaty House grounds. With being keen fisherman ourselves, we do welcome those holidaying with boats and have wash down facilities available. If you are heading north for a weekend escape don't forget to visit the Kerikeri Farmers market, lunch of our local vineyards and dine at one of our many restaurants in Paihia village. Other things to note We live at the house at the back of the property so are available to answer any queries in person or by phone or email. If we are in Paihia we will introduce ourselves to check in with you and answer any questions.
